Windows-Server-EOLMicrosoft recently announced that after July 14, 2015 they will no longer issue support or security updates for any version of Windows Server 2003. If you are still running Windows Server 2003 in your datacenter, you need to take steps now to plan and execute a migration strategy to protect your infrastructure.

For contact centers, this change means that the Windows 2003 servers responsible for the recording and storing of customer communication will longer be supported by Microsoft.  This could lead to recording and retrieval failure of customer communication.

Now is the time to consider your migration plans. Envision is here to help! Our customers are entitled to an upgrade of Envision software if they are on a current enhanced maintenance contract.
